The team really went above and beyond for us and my dad. I felt really supported and updated with things. Natalie our funeral director was in regular contact which made me feel comforted that everything was under control. It is such a hard time for grieving families and both of my parents have been in the care of Walker & Morrell. Beautiful tributes to their lives and lots of support and care for families too.

My dad would have been proud and honoured to have his funeral and cremation arranged by Connor from Walker and Morrell Washington. From the very first moment we met Connor he helped us through this extremely hard time allowing us to talk about what we wanted and helping us arrange the perfect end to my dad's truly wonderful life.(if ever there was a perfect end). The Gateshead branch recently looked after our grandma, the service from start to finish was amazing especially from Nicola who kept in contact with the family the full time and took us through the full process. For such a sad and difficult time Nicola made sure it was as nice and easy as possible as it could be for us, we will forever be thankful and could not reccomend this branch enough.

Thank you to Walker & Morrell in supporting myself and my family through the loss of my mother. Natalie was professional throughout, communication was great- just the right amount. I felt my mother was at the heart of everything they did, from collecting her from the hospital to caring for her in the chapel of rest, putting her favourite perfume on before we visited, to her being received into church the evening before her requiem mass the following day. I was able to make appointments easily to visit at the Chapel of rest, greeted by Brian on a weekend. The staff at Walker & Morrell are fantastic and I would highly recommend this company in a time when you need someone the most

Can't fault the team they are brilliant. The staff are really caring and go that extra mile to make sure your loved one is cared for and provide the best service possible. After the service they contact you to see how your doing. Well done to yous thank you all again :)
