Nicola helped guide us through the most difficult time of our lives after our son, Robin, was born sleeping.

She was incredibly kind and patient with us during the whole process - we had (thankfully) never needed to plan a funeral before so really didn’t know what it entailed and she took us through everything step-by-step, at a pace we felt comfortable with and affirmed our decisions along the way.

She communicated with us brilliantly throughout and was incredibly respectful and a real comfort to us during the funeral service.

That level of support and compassion was an absolutely priceless thing to receive during that time and we can’t thank Nicola enough for all that she did for me, Jack and Robin.

Through the hardest time of my life everyone made it so smooth and issue free.

At a time in your life when you lose someone you love dearly you are full of sadness and anxiety about their passing. For ny Dads funeral we mainly dealt with Nicola who was amazing. Switched on, respectful, organised, compassionate. Skills which are hard to find in one person but she had them all. She also managed our very specific wishes with ease and attention to every detail. She was supported by Hayley who was also wonderful. The funeral was everything we needed to see dad off.

Natalie and Amy took care of all our needs. They were both very calm and explained everything in detail. We all felt very trusting of them . The day went without a hitch , plus they even followed up afterwards, checking on our wellbeing. An excellent service , would highly recommend.
